Find Paid Clinical Trials is operated by Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC, a California limited liability company. We help people find clinical trials that compensate volunteers, and understand what taking part involves before they call a research site.
What this site does
We organize actively recruiting trials by condition and by location, and explain what studies pay and what they ask of participants. We do not run trials or recruit for sponsors. Enrollment decisions belong to the research teams behind each study. Using the site is free, and we never charge volunteers.
Where our trial listings come from
Listings come from ClinicalTrials.gov, the registry maintained by the U.S. National Library of Medicine, and reach this site through Policy Lab, a trial listing platform under common ownership with Find Paid Clinical Trials. Studies open and close constantly, so every listing links to its full registry record. Check the details there and contact the study team directly.
How we handle facts
Each page shows the date it was last reviewed. When we publish a number, whether that is a count of recruiting studies or a typical payment range, it comes from ClinicalTrials.gov, the FDA, SAMHSA, the CDC, the NIH, or the institution running the research, and we link to the source where practical. If a figure cannot be traced back to one of those, we take it out. We would rather publish fewer numbers than numbers we cannot stand behind.
Who writes here
Two people produce the medical content on this site.
Candace Kastanis writes most of our condition and location pages. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry from UC Davis, worked as a clinical laboratory technician before writing full time, and has published health writing in SingleCare and Healthier Sleep Magazine.
Dr. Ahmed Zayed is a board-certified physician with more than 12 years in medicine. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine at Alexandria University and completed his surgical residency in Cairo. He practices as a general practitioner and plastic surgeon, and his health writing has appeared in the Huffington Post and the Chicago Tribune. He writes the pages carrying his byline.
Every page names its author and shows the date it was last reviewed. If you find something wrong, write to us and we will correct it.
What this site is not
We are not a medical provider, and nothing here is medical advice. Payment in a clinical trial covers your time and inconvenience, not risk. Every legitimate U.S. study is reviewed by an institutional review board, and you will sign an informed consent form covering the risks, the schedule, and the compensation before you enroll. Talk with your own doctor before joining a study.
