There are few cities in the world like Dallas, and even those that are legitimate “peers” can’t really match it. Dallas is a massive, diverse, expanding city, and that expansion extends to the technology being more involved than conventional IT. Medical breakthroughs are huge in Dallas, and it’s easy to find paid clinical trials for healthy volunteers nearby. Right now in Dallas, there are 1,270 clinical trials going on.

Each of those studies will involve multiple participants—well, in most cases. On occasion, unique studies with only one participant may exist. Dallas has 1,325,691 people, presently.
